The Collection Multifloral Triple Stem Orchid

Friend assured me that the orchid arrived in perfect condition. She was delighted with it. Just quite a lot of package.

I suppose I should have done this review last year. It was my big fat birthday and my sister sent it to me, very similar to this orchid but perhaps a bit more fuller and it probably cost lots of money. Anyway this was in April 2016. In April 2017 it was still flowering, as flowers died new buds came. In the middle of 2017 my husband started looking for somewhere to put it where it was cool for it to rest for a six weeks or so. He dallied too long, it started budding again and as at January 2018 it is still flowering and buds are still coming. It is remarkable really how long it has lasted, situated in a north facing window although any watering is not down to me. It must be tired out.

I had this plant purchased as a gift, very disappointing, the photograph shows the orchid as being at least twice as tall as the planter, in fact the plant was barely the same size as the pot. This item is not worth the the price paid.

I have only just seen this plant and have to say it’s very disappointing considering the cost of the item. I regularly buy orchids and think this was very poor quality and a miniature size not the regular size I was expecting. This I think is misleading. Please call me to discuss

It was a lovely 70th Birthday present for a friend and extremely well packaged.

Stunning orchid , and bowl looked very expensive . I shopped for an elderly couple as a gift for there daughter . They were all thrilled with it , and of course being delivered to me I only had to pop it to them . Well done M&S as usual for high quality and standards . JB .

I'm always a bit wary of sending plants or flowers as a gift as I've had more bad experiences than good as a recipient. Also, the reviews were not universally favourable. However, my niece assures me that the orchid was in tip top condition and she loves it. I insisted she was honest with me so think we can trust her!

Bought this orchid early April. It arrived, well packed, and had quite a few buds, all of which have flowered over the weeks. Lovely shape and just gets better and better. It's as fresh as the day it arrived and I know will last many weeks to come. Wasn't sure about the glass pot, but it has grown on me. Bought another one a few weeks later for a friend, who is equally delighted with hers.

My parents just loved it, it looks fabulous in their flat.

This was sent to me as a gift and it arrived with the top stems of the orchid flowers broken off. Contacted M&S and a replacement was sent, however, it is nowhere near as big as the illustration and the bowl is ugly, I would not recommend it.

I sent this to my cousin for an 80th birthday gift and got to see it the next day, I was so embarrassed!!! It looked so meagre and it my estimation was worth no more than £20!!!!! So disappointed.

Ordered these for a special friend and she was thrilled, order arrived on time in excellent condition. Was kept informed of the status of my order. Very good service ,I definitely recommend ordering these orchids.
