Pure Cotton Belted Trench Mac with Stormwear™

This mac is amazing value for money. The workmanship is first class, detail, removable lining, buttons, all going towards a great buy. However, for me the colour was too dark, more brown than stone. I would have kept it if it had been a light stone or beige gabardine colour. Regrettably I have returned it.

bought this to replace an old M and S trench as this one had a cosy removable lining and was a good colour, not too pale. The belt is a little long and there is strange stitching on the lapels. I got 20 % off which was a good price. Am enjoying wearing this coat and hope it washes well

Good value of the money however the fabric is very stiff and doesn't drape particularly well.Especially noticeable when wanting to 'cinch' the waist in with the belt. Also rather mystified by the strange 'handstitched' hexagonal detail on each front flap. These are purely ornamental, and quite frankly looks like someone left some tacking stitches in that should have been removed at some stage during the manufacturing process. Completely unnecessary and adds absolutely nothing to the overall look of the raincoat. I did like the detachable lining however, and this is a great idea to take it further into the colder winter months. Sadly won't be keeping mine as It made me look like I had no waist at all.

Buttons to big material not so good fit was a bit small the design of the rain coat was ok I tried it on in store after ordering on line but took it straight back

This Mac is very well sewn, it is fully lined with an additional lining that can be removed. The quality of the material is very good. I feel that it complements my figure as well as being a practical addition to my wardrobe. I'm very pleased with my purchase.
