sliced into small chunks

red peppers
chopped into small chunks

(350 g)
green beans , trimmed
30 g
nasi goreng paste
7 g
M&S spring onions , finely chopped
1 pack
(250 g)
microwave long grain rice

Method

Step 1
Heat a wok or large frying pan over a medium-high heat and add 1 tsp vegetable oil.
Step 2
Season your chicken (2) with salt and pepper, then fry the sliced chicken for 4 minutes.
Step 3
Add in the chopped pepper (2) and green beans (1 pack) and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Step 4
Add in the nasi goreng paste (30 g) and bring to a simmer before adding the rice (1 pack) and chopped spring onion (7 g) .
Step 5
Continue to stir-fry for a further 3 minutes.
Step 6
Ensure the chicken is thoroughly cooked before serving.
