Method

HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
Fill your blender halfway with the frozen summer fruit (330 g) .
Step 2
Top with the spinach (1 handful) , oats (6 g) and peanut butter (20 g) and cover with your choice of unsweetened plant-based drink (to taste) .
Step 3
Blend and add honey (7 g) to taste for added sweetness.
