Great style which looks good if you need to pop outside Only problem is - and for me it's a big one - the sole is completely rigid. This means your foot slips out of the boots when walking rather than flexing with each step. Bit baffled as to why this boot doesn't have same type of sole as the T02/2122 sparkle cuff slipper boot which is lovely and flexible. Bought in the sale so will probably hang onto as a spare pair of slippers but still disappointed.

Never had them off my feet since they arrived (except whilst indoors and bedtime) as they are so warm and comfortable. They fit perfectly and arrived during the time slot I was given. Recommend product highly.

I really love these shoes. Very comfortable, warm and good for price. first I find these shoes little loose in fit but after couple of days using it it just fit to my feet.

Very difficult to judge sizing.Right foot fitted perfectly but left foot is a little too big. I have never had this problem before so think it must be in the making. Boot had correct size on it. I also brought another different style of boot and both of them were the correct size. I have kept both pairs though.

I bought these for my mum as requested, she had similar ones last season from M&S and she loved them. Warm and comfortable as expected when the temperature drops! Great value.

These boots don't have proper soles. They have the foam type sole you get on the cheaper versions of these boots. The quality of the upper is nice but the sole really lets them down. Also for me, I found that because they were so low (height wise) when worn with leggings you could see your socks and they appeared to make my feet look big as they were longer in length than in height (size 6). More like a slipper than an outdoor boot

the boot is value for money. I purchased these to wear for post operation on my foot and needed a roomy soft comfortable boot to wear while my foot is swollen so that I can get out and about a little these are fine for this purpose. They are good to wear with trousers or skirts with opaque tights.

I use these as slippers/house shoes. They keep my feet lovely and warm and have such strong soles I can wear them outside too. Bought a similar pair from M&S a few years ago and they went through the washing machine loads of times and still looked good.Good value for money.
