Firm Control Magicwear™ Thigh Slimmer

Very comfortable, but would have liked a non-slip edging round legs to prevent them riding up.

Great for bums, tums & thighs but very wide at the bottom of legs.

I love this product. Felt comfortable and cool all day. Wore these pants under a fitted dress..I was compimented several times on my figure! ! Not happened in a long time! ?. Thank you m&s for a great garment. .full marks. .I chose my own size. .seems best..rather than smaller or larger. .. (for me)..

I'm very pleased with this product, I bought size 8 despite being size 10-12 in the 'less vanity-sized shops', but could still comfortably squeeze into these - and the difference is very noticeable. No lumps & bumps, creates a smooth and firm silhouette.

When trying on your favourite slimline dress and being aware of the odd 'lump or bump' this garment gives you the perfect silhouette.

I had very high hopes for this firm control magicwear...yes very good for thighs, long enough to pull the thighs in without rolling up which I was delighted with. Good around the bottom too, good firm control. I would of liked it to come up longer in the waistband as it finished below my belly button so therefore pushing up my waist and giving me excess flesh that was spilling over my jeans, not a nice look. I was very disappointed as it was just this one minor detail. I've tried M&S's thight & waist clincher's but because they are made smaller in the waistband I can't even get it up over my thighs. It's a very good quality item just not right for me.

I am returning this item as the material is awful; very stiff and I would imagine very uncomfortable to wear.

Time between ordering and arrival - I was warned about this I wore the garment once, it was uncomfortable, the top turned and rolled down.when I undressed I found a seam was coming apart (only one stitch). I am taking the other two unused garments to alocal store and will show the staff the damaged pair.

I have never considered Shapewear before. I am too small (in proportion size 6 because am a very mini 4' 10"). As with many clothing lines the smallest size is 8 in this range. I had a hysterectomy 7 weeks ago and with an 8" abdominal incision needed some support. A couple of weeks ago I started looking at shapewear as the surgical items available are, surprise surprise, too big. Noticed that lots of people had commented that you need to buy a size up in the shapewear range so I tried these shorts I a size 8. They have made a world of difference...so much less pain, holding in the standard post hysterectomy 'swelly belly'! They don't cut in either at the waist or on the legs. Very well designed and comfy but hold firm. They wash well too, keeping their size and shape. Oh, and another thing. I started back at the gym last week, couldn't be bothered with my normal kit so just wore these *with a long gym vest over the top* (because they are almost transparent until you get to the legs,) No-one noticed, they just look like cycling shorts (as approved by my 16yr old son who would have died of embarrassment if I was showing more than I should) ;o)
