Funnel Neck Water Repellant Parka

I had one of these Parkas in purple a couple of years ago and found it brilliant but I now need a charcoal one as they are so great. I have tried on-line and 4 different branches without success all sold out. M&S please stock some more of these great Parkas especially in size 16 in charcoal they are just great if you can get hold of one.

This coat looks good, fits well and is a nice colour, however I bought this as it stated "water repellent" and I wanted a coat I could wear in light rain without always having to take a brolly. It is NOT water repellent as in a light shower my hair and clothing were wet underneath. Very disappointed as not a cheap coat.

Very nice. Bit expensive. Metal zips do catch on your hand nails when putting hands in pockets.

I bought this in store last week and I'm very pleased with it. I don't think that the photographs on here do it justice. In store it was displayed with sleeves rolled up and the waistline wasn't bunched in like a sack of potatoes! I'm a size 12 and 5'9". The length is good and it feels comfortable - if I wanted it for winter wear I think I might have gone up a size for thicker jumpers but for Autumn it's just right. My 27 year old fashion conscious daughter said it looked great! The shimmer is subtle but just gives the material a lift. Very happy with my purchase.
