They are not as they used to be. The cotton is thiner, and the shape is not the same as before

Poor quality, the material is so thin it is almost see-through. The shape/cut is also not the standard bikini cut/shape but comes up a little bigger more like a mini/midi. Very disappointed as not the standard I have historically had with M&S. I would not buy these again.

Bought size 10 as I'm an 8-10. They're a little loose but don't fall down.

Each time I buy these 100% cotton pants they get thinner. These are literally transparent. Nowhere near the quality they used to be or that we expect.

Some women, and a growing number are allergic or sensitive to lycra in all its forms. It's a shame that M&S now have one just choice for 100% cotton bikini knickers for women, that I could find. They need to be more substantial, as these are not a comfortable fit to wear. These panties are very thin cotton and therefore the natural stretch not great. It's disappointing that M&S who were one of a very few outlets providing decent 100% cotton knickers a few years ago have now reduced the choice to this, it's a misguided decision by management. for all women who rely on not having lycra pants. A cotton gusset in knickers with lycra content, often 4-5%, does not in itself solve the lycra problem. Lycra content in the gusset area even when lined with cotton makes for a less breathable product and still a concern and possible danger for those women with sensitivities or allergic to Lycra. Come on M&S, you can serve women better than this and give those who need it a good reliable choice of 100% cotton knickers of quality., not these awful skimpy thin ones on offer.

I wanted some basic cotton bikini knickers and these fit the bill. Good value for money. I am usually a size 8, but bought a 10 thinking they might be small. In actual fact an 8 would have been fine. The material is quite thin, but that is not a problem.

It's annoyingly complicated for women to find the right knickers, in these I have found the right ones for me! Pure cotton is so important for breathability and these actually cover my bum properly, woohoo!
