Denim Midaxi Skirt

I have an M&S denim skirt which must be at least twelve years old and I still enjoy wearing but I’ve been looking out for a while for a denim skirt with pockets and spotted this one on someone’s Instagram. It’s Nobody’s Child which is a little more expensive than M&S own brand but I liked it straight away and I have a couple of Nobodys Child dresses and a jacket which I love so went ahead and ordered. I ordered in my usual 14 and also in a 16. The 14 was fine around the waist but the 16 was better around the hips on me and as I like things long I knew I wouldn’t mind if it sat a little lower on my waist so kept the 16. A sign of how happy I am with it is that I wore it the day after it arrived and felt really comfortable. It’s a lovely soft denim and the pockets are great. It’s nicely made and I am delighted with it. The only reason for not giving it 5* is that in my opinion it’s a little pricey

I’ve been looking for a skirt in this style in denim for honestly decades. I have no idea if it suits me or not but I’m keeping it as I love it! Possibly not the best criteria for buying clothes when you are thirty years older. Hey ho! Live the dream!

Lovely skirt. very flattering fit. Normally a size 14 size 14 fits with a bit of room.

Nice fit true to size looks and feels nice on although a little more expensive it shows and well made
