The towels were disappointing. They feel slimy and damp when in use, even though I have never had any trouble with any other towels before. They feel like microfibre, which I dislike. I ordered these as cotton, but they don’t dry like cotton. I ordered pink for the en-suite of my pink and grey bedroom, but they are a fleshy, peachy, salmon colour. I would not buy these again! I ordered the same kind in teal, which I haven’t used yet. Colour is good, I hope they don’t feel as bad as the ’pink’ ones.

Purchased two sets dark crimson and dark green . They are poor quality and thinner compared to years of buying previous ones . The dark crimson ones shed fluff even after two washes and are going to be returned

I bought these towels previously and have been satisfied with the quality. I bought six new towels and I am extremely disappointed. They are very thin and the absorbency is poor in comparison to others. Two of the towels were described as teal but they are many shades lighter than my other teal coloured towels. Definitely not up to M&S previous standards. Another example of shrinkflation.

I bought this colour towel to match in with my bathroom decor which it does. Unfortunately, although it is a lovely soft towel, it is also thin in quality with poor absorbency. Bring back the thickness of the Autograph range towels!

Lovely soft towels which I haven’t actually used yet but I have washed them in preparation and they’re still soft and haven’t shredded at all unlike some I’ve had in the past. Just love the colours - got willow green and forest green.
