Not comfortable at all. Stuffing uneven & very hard & full at the V point with a lot less at the ends. V difficult to put the pillow case on. I am thinking about asking for a refund. This is the first time M&S has dissapointed me with a bad product. I will always shop at M&S as i am usually pleased wiv their products - dont buy this!

I am very satisfied with this cushion. I use it to sleep on with other pillows for raising my position. The reason I am giving 4 stars to marks and Spencer is they do not facilitate a spare cover.

My partner bought this pillow for me because I had been experiencing trouble sleeping due to night-time acid reflux. I believe that it has really helped (admittedly alongside other measures). Cool and supremely comfortable it can be used for side or back sleeping and helps to elevate the shoulders and head.
