Staffordshire IPA
Smooth, full-bodied, with punchy hop flavours and racy, citrusy fruit.
About this bottle: The idiosyncratic mineral content of Burton-on-Trent’s water brings out the flavour of hops during the brewing process. This natural preservative made the beer ideal to be shipped on the long journey to colonial India. This India Pale Ale is brewed in Burton-on -Trent, the home of British brewing and designed with the original type of IPA in mind. A carefully selected blend of hops give this ale bitterness but lovely citrus notes.

Cornish IPA
A pale gold, refreshingly full flavoured, beer with citrus aromas and a light malt finish with a hint of resinous pine.
About this bottle: It is a "Cornish twist" on traditional India Pale Ales (IPAs) using locally grown malted barley, plenty of North American hops and Cornish spring water. The result is an extremely smooth and enticing full flavoured beer. St Austell Brewery has grown steadily from the initial vision of a young Cornishman called Walter Hicks in 1851 to become one of the largest private companies in Cornwall. Still an independent, family owned regional brewer, St Austell Brewery has become part of the fabric of the South West.

About this bottle: The Citra hop was developed and patenetd in the USA and was first used in the UK in 2009, by Oakham Ales. Its distinctive citrus aroma has proved hugely popular ever since, creating a deliciously refreshing beer with fruit aromas and a dry finish.

IPA real ale selection
Yes, I recommend this
An excellent choice of beers good range of flavours and received in good condition. Very pleased. My only grumble would be for M&S to bring there real ale prices in line with the other supermarkets and reward customers who by in bulk with a more realistic price for say 4 bottles for £6 or 3 for a fiver deals. I must admit it is the lack of this pricing that makes me do all my grocery shopping at M& S but my beer shopping else where but I thought I would give this box a go.
