About this bottle: The idiosyncratic mineral content of Burton-on-Trent’s water brings out the flavour of hops during the brewing process. This natural preservative made the beer ideal to be shipped on the long journey to colonial India. This India Pale Ale is brewed in Burton-on -Trent, the home of British brewing and designed with the original type of IPA in mind. A carefully selected blend of hops give this ale bitterness but lovely citrus notes.

Cornish IPA

A pale gold, refreshingly full flavoured, beer with citrus aromas and a light malt finish with a hint of resinous pine.

About this bottle: It is a "Cornish twist" on traditional India Pale Ales (IPAs) using locally grown malted barley, plenty of North American hops and Cornish spring water. The result is an extremely smooth and enticing full flavoured beer. St Austell Brewery has grown steadily from the initial vision of a young Cornishman called Walter Hicks in 1851 to become one of the largest private companies in Cornwall. Still an independent, family owned regional brewer, St Austell Brewery has become part of the fabric of the South West.

Citra IPA

This single hopped variety beer is from a brewery in Cambridgeshire, a county renowned for the pleasures of punting down the river Cam.

About this bottle: The Citra hop was developed and patenetd in the USA and was first used in the UK in 2009, by Oakham Ales. Its distinctive citrus aroma has proved hugely popular ever since, creating a deliciously refreshing beer with fruit aromas and a dry finish.

Suffolk Jester IPA

Jester is one of a new wave of hop varieties, bred to bring new flavours to the world of English hops. Enjoy soft gooseberry, lychee and grapefruit notes.

About this bottle: This beer is brewed with Jester hops, grown on Stocks farm in Worcestershire. The variety, with its soft, aromatic flavours of gooseberry and lychee, brings a touch of New World character to the hop yards of England.
