Pure Merino Wool Turn Up Hem Trousers

I waited ages for these to come back in stock in a size 10. I had also read a previous review saying that they were unlined despite being described as lined. Because of this I would have expected Marks and Spencer to either remove this description from the item if not true OR if still advertised as lined to be exactly that which is why I waited to order them. How disappointing to receive them still unlined. Basically a pair of uninspiring black trousers that could be purchased at half the price elsewhere. Get your descriptions right M&S - especially when customers are pointing out your mistakes. For those people who have purchased them unlined, and kept them - ask for a discount under false description.

Good quality, well-fitting trousers. However, quite expensive for what you are getting.

To me these are suit trousers and not for wearing as separates. The material is very fine and good quality.

The product description said they were lined and I can only wear wool trousers if they are lined. So they will have to be returned. I am disappointed, because the style and fit were fine.

Three cheers for M&S. Out in the Wilderness and loosing their way for many years for me. This is the quality and styling I look for. Both the fabric and the tailoring were very good. My one and only quibble is I would have liked them shorter, maybe offering two lengths. We are not all tall models. Well done M&S, just keep it up

As I said on another review, I bought a few of the Best of British pieces, and wore these for the first time today. The stand-out feature of the entire collection is the quality of the fabrics, and these trousers are no exception - the fabric is gorgeous. The cut is beautiful too, really sleek and stylish. All in all, top drawer.

I was delighted to see that M & S were. at last including a pair of classic black trousers to their range. Imagine my disappointment that they are "Not" lined as stated in the description. Alas I will not be keeping my pair. Another case of the company not paying attention to detail.
