Textured Jacquard Shift Dress

Usually I'm a size 14 but it was a little ample on the fabric on the hips - the next size down was a perfect 12 and skimmed beautifully. The texture and colour is extremely complimentary and seasonal The length is classic on the knee and very stylish. Have worn with a leather biker jacket, a fur gillet, a faux fur scarf and a little cardigan - very, very versatile and only had it a week and have had constant compliments. Can we please have more like this M&S???? Also great find in the Classic section, looks more Autograph.

The material of this dress was alright but the general appearance was not very good --not flattering. I returned it.

At last ... I've found a dress that fits me well (usually difficult as I'm one size larger on the hips than the bust and hate tight clothes). I like the length (on rather than above the knee), the 3/4 sleeves, the fabric, the colour... Overall, it's a really flattering style and so comfortable. And, a real bonus, the fabric is great for anyone who hates ironing and/or loves travelling! More colours, please.

I love this dress. I bought my usual size 12 and, in my case, the fit was fine. The colour is a nice shade of burgundy, which is a bit brighter than in the picture. I am quite pleased with it.

The top and neckline were a very good fit but this dress is definitely made to accommodate hips and thighs. Though there is nothing wrong with the colour it doesn't flatter the florid!

Loved the fabric and style but I ordered my usual size 8 and it was too big by far.

Loved the dress. Ordered it in a size 12 and although fitted perfectly on the top half was far too big and baggy around the hips so have had to send it back. Would be better for lady with a pear shaped body.

I know this dress is part of the Classic range, but I liked the photo, when it arrived I wasn't keen on the fabric, bit cheap looking and the fit was a bit shapeless, felt a bit frumpy,.

I was disappointed in the appearance of this dress, the fabric certainly did not reflect quality expected of M&S.
