A perfectly structured Malbec with an intense dark red colour, & powerful aromas of red and dark fruits, and spice. The palate shows great concentration of dark red fruit, married with balsamic notes and a hint of chocolate on the finish. Although high in alcohol, the wine is beautifully balanced and shows all the characteristics that make Argentinean Malbec so popular – perfume, power, fruit and structure.
Every vintage, three single vineyard wines are selected by top Argentinean winemaker, Daniel Pi at Bodegas Trapiche in Mendoza. This particular honour has been given to Finca Jorge Miralles on a number of occasions to highlight the exceptional quality of the grapes grown at this particular vineyard. Jorge Miralles is located at a height of 970 metres on the foothills of the Andes on an ideal site for the production of Malbec vines.
