Outrageous price
No, I don't recommend this
I live this gin and asked my husband to pick some up, but was absolutely gobsmacked to find that he paid £30 for a 50cl bottle!!!! This is currently between £25 - £30 for a 70cl bottle. This is ridiculously overpriced and would have returned had my husband not opened the bottle. There is no way I would ever have paid this for such a small bottle! Note to self, never shop at Marks and Spencer’s for gin!

My favourite gin!!
Yes, I recommend this
I have bought a few bottles of this delightful gin over the last year (I hope no-one’s counting..!) It has a lovely delicate flavour and I enjoy it with tonic (Slimline or one of the new flavoured ones) and lemon or lime slices, whichever are to hand!! My husband has just made what I think is a valid comment. He said that although the wax was clearly a device to demonstrate that it is ‘modern and different’, it is nearly impossible to break into!! I am disabled, and he doubts that I would be able to open an new bottle on my own! I thought that was worth passing on to you.

I love a crisp G & T, but not keen on the liquorice and cinnamon flavours of this gin. Much prefer the grapefruit gin.

This is a classic gin we always go back to, it has a funny under taste which for me does actually remind me of an old fashioned bubble bath. It's a great gin to have on the shelf and one you'll keep going back to.

Purchased as a gift and was well received, we have been told it did cause a little amusement with the title of the gin `bathtub gin.` Well packaged. Delivery on time.

My current favourite gin
Yes, I recommend this
This gin has a spicy undercurrent of something I can't quite identify... it reminds me of nutmeg but that is one spice not listed in the ingredients! I find this gin smooth enough (and certainly delicious enough) to drink neat. The label says it makes an excellent martini - I'm looking forward to trying that!
