step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C fan and cook the nuggets (300 g) according to pack instructions, brushing them with the mango chutney (3 tbsp) for the last 5 minutes.

Heat the sesame oil (1 tbsp) in a non-stick pan and cook the Tenderstem broccoli (220 g) pack for 5-6 minutes until just tender. Stir through the carrot (1).

Cook the rice (1 pack) according to pack instructions and load it into bowls before spooning in the sticky mango chutney chicken and cooked veg. Scatter with the coriander (as needed), before drizzling over more mango chutney and finishing with the cashews (as needed).
