We offer store collection in most of our Ireland stores and delivery is often available the very next day. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and let you know when your order is ready to pick up – this is usually from store opening for clothing, beauty and homeware orders.

- Which stores offer a click-and-collect service?
We’ll keep your order for 7 days from the day it arrives in store. After that, we’ll return the item(s) to stock and refund you via your payment method. If you’re unable to pick up your order within 7 days, please call your collection store as they may be able to extend the holding period.
If you receive an email saying that your order is ready for collection before the date you selected, you can collect it straight away. We’ll hold it for 7 days from your arranged collection date, not from the day it arrived in store.
