Yes, I recommend this
Really lovely and a beautiful fit but not suitable for holiday wear. Fully lined and a fairly heavy weight linen rich outer layer. More suitable for the office than holiday. Therefore I returned it to Bluewater M&S on 11th August having collected it from Strood Food Store on 10th August.

MIDI shirt dress

I wear this as a coat/dress over white linen trousers and white vest and have had many compliments. I dripped bleach on the first one (after one wear!) but I just had to get another as I liked it so much. It washes and irons well. I am 68 yrs old and think it’s very much age appropriate.

Nice tan colour, but unflattering style with too much heavy material bunching around waist. Felt it would not be cool to wear despite labelling.

Sizing all wrong .

I bought the lime green in medium I am a size 12. The material isn’t great , quite poor quality linen . The dress is so big there’s no way it’s medium and has no shape . I tried a small , fit was better but sleeves are not right , they are too tight . I returned it .

Fab colour and fabric. Relaxed style - large fitted me (I’m 18/20 in M&S dresses) but the sleeves were tight. Ordered XL but the sleeves are still wrong. They come half way to the elbow but as there’s no stretch they restrict arm movements. The XL is a bit big on me so it’s not a size issue. Shame as I love the colour but it’s just not practical.
