Champagne, Rose Plant & Swiss Chocolate Hamper (Available until 2nd May)

I thought this would be a lovely gift for my sister-in-law who was going to be 50. She was very surprised to receive this and commented on how beautiful the rose plant looked and that she would enjoy the champagne and chocolates very much. It also arrived on time and nicely presented!

Very pleased with this gift. Excellent contents, the Rose is gorgeous and chocs and wine really good.

Sent for 'new home' present. Arrived on day intended and in a nice box. Rose plant still looking good one week later when we visited and the chocolates were reported to be very good. They are a nice big size box. No report as yet on champagne!

Ordered this from a group of us for a friends big birthday, finally arrived at ten to seven in the evening and was very small - certainly didn't look worth £50

Sent this gift to my granddaughter in London for her 18th birthday. It was well packet but there was no card inside the box to say whom it was from..... the message that I wrote was on the delivery note!!!!!! Surly M&S can do better than this

I sent this hamper to a business colleague to thank her for all the work she has done on my behalf. She was delighted with the hamper, but as there was no message attached and no sender details, she said nothing. It was embarrassing to have to ask if the gift had been received. Lynne was embarrassed to have to mention that she did not know who to thank. I feel sure this is an isolated incident and perhaps Lynne will rate the 'beautiful parcel' in due course. I did not feel I could ask her for more information. I will continue to use your company, your products are second to none. I was delighted to receive this surprise gift yesterday from our lovely friends in Nottinghamshire, for my 50th birthday. The rose plant is beautiful and it has such a delicate fresh smell. The chocolates are dangerously very moreish! I’ve yet to open the champagne, which I intend sharing with my other half and friends. All in all it has been a really lovely treat!

Overpriced by about £20. Relies on people being too polite to say thanks for the thought but you wasted your money on this. Most people responding don't actually see the gift. I think the recipient would be horrified to learn it cost fifty quid.
