I would own another of these and a couple in black if only I could ever find them in stock in anything other than the extremes of sizing. It does what it says, smooths, gives a lovely shape without wires so is supremely comfortable. I don’t think I have ever had a bra which was so comfortable to wear you forget it is there and yet it looks great and can be worn under formal clothes and when you need support. There are nicely padded straps at the front , my only criticism is that the straps could be .5-1cm wider but I haven’t found them uncomfortable.

Worst fitting bra I’ve ever bought

I had lots of By Rosie bras but this is the worst fitting one I’ve ever bought. It’s a really odd shape and looks awful. Does the opposite of “smoothing” that’s for sure, looks awful under clothes.

Poor support and ugly cut
Nowhere near as high sided as product photos suggest. Still allows excessive sideboob overspill. Bottom edge rolls and digs in after a while. Cups poorly shaped and too low cut at front for a ‘smoothing’ effect, allowing them to spread sideways. Only kept it as I was desperate for another bra but I cannot recommend it to larger ladies. Also, M&S seriously need to improve shocking delivery times, including for Click & Collect. You’re up against thousands of retailers who can deliver in one or two days, not five. I’m actually really fed up with trying to buy bras from M&S. Used to be my Go To, but quality and design of all clothing has gone hopelessly downhill.

I’ve just bought this bra in grey but the strap material has changed since I last purchased the same item. The straps are now cheaper and harsh so will be returning .

I normally wear an underwired bra & was concerned this wouldn’t provide enough support or uplift but it does. (38C) It offers plenty of coverage as it’s quite a full cup, but still shows cleavage. First bra I’ve had in years where the straps don’t fall down or the bra ride up under my boobs! It is cut well at the back with a curve, so the straps sit in a better place & the fastening is neat & not too wide. The material is soft satin with attractive lace side panels & is very comfortable. I’m delighted, I just hope that after washing it the straps don’t loosen up & the bra becomes shapeless.
