I really liked this dress when it arrived, the style is great, the colour and pattern are very nice, the material lovely and it flows nicely. However........ it is far, far too long. I had hoped that it would be a midi length, but on me at 5'2" it is very definitely a maxi as it almost touches the floor. For it to be a midi length you would need to be at least 5'6". I have decided to keep it as I like the style so much, but am going to have to take the hem up by about 5 to 6 inches and I just hope that it doesn't spoil the fit and the hang.

Lovely cotton dress, but it took me three attempts to get the size right. I buy a 12 usually in m and s, I checked the sizes on line and tried a 12 and 14 which were huge and returned. The 10 was also too big on the shoulders but ok otherwise so when they came back into stock I tried an 8 and kept that. Haven’t worn as yet but I’m happy with it, love the pattern, short sleeves for a cooler day and I’m sure it will wash well. It’s a bit long but with some espadrilles it will be fine.

Perfect summer dress, in classic navy & white. Dress is NOT waisted, great for me as I have low waist and they normally sit 3 or 4 inches above my natural waist line. Can be worn loose or with a belt, dress has pockets in the side seams. Dress can be worn casual or dressed up for smarter events. Can't comment on washing as yet to be washed.
