Collection capella vine tomatoes

red cherry tomatoes
1 pack
(150 g)
burrata
to taste
basil leaves
to garnish
to taste
M&S glaze with balsamic vinegar of Modena
to dress

Method

HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
Arrange the Italian baby leaf salad (1 pack) in a bowl or on a platter.
Step 2
Slice the larger tomatoes (1 pack) and halve some of the smaller smaller tomatoes (1 pack) . Arrange all the tomatoes on top of the salad leaves.
Step 3
Carefully tear the burrata (1 pack) into pieces and arrange on top of the tomatoes.
Step 4
Top with basil leaves (to taste) , a drizzle of olive oil, plenty of cracked black pepper and some balsamic glaze (to taste) , if desired.
