reserve 1 tbsp for garnish

Greek yogurt

M&S salted caramel sauce

Method

Step 1
Slice your Collection medjool dates (3) in half and remove the stone if necessary.
Step 2
Slice the banana (1) into rounds.
Step 3
Spoon a third of the yoghurt (200 g) into a glass, add a sprinkle of cinnamon (3 g) , a third of the granola (25 g) , a third of the banana, 2 date halves and a squeeze of caramel sauce (60 g) (roughly 1 tbsp).
Step 4
Repeat with the remaining yogurt, cinnamon, granola, fruit and caramel until you reach the top of the glass.
Step 5
Top with a final sprinkle of granola, a last squeeze of salted caramel sauce, two date halves and the mint leaf (1) placed on top.
