If you’re craving something comforting in the morning, it doesn’t get much better than our Good Gut Multigrain Porridge Oats with barley, rye, spelt and golden linseeds. High in fibre and filled with slow-release carbohydrates to set you up for the day – they're popular choice for Rachel Corsie!

Lee Gibson is a fan of our High Protein Naked Chicken Katsu Salad, picking this as her Eat Well favourite. Packed with protein and clever carbs, it also counts as two of Lee’s five-a-day.

Great for lunch on the go or after a tough day of training, Sam Kerr’s go-to Falafel Salad packs in lots of veggie goodness and is filled with Middle Eastern inspired flavours.
