Checked Coat with Wool

Lovely fabric and finish but style rather 'mumsy'. Sorry - it went back.

Coat bought for my wife, a great hit. She likes the style, colour and material.

I bought this for my elderly mother as a gift. She's tiny abut the coat doesn't swamp her like some others can. It's dark without being black. Not heavy at all but will be really cosy. Lovely coat.

I had been looking for a coat that I could wear for every occasion. This is dark without being black, that I don't wear and has checks in a faint beige and darker green that together with the blue background makes it more interesting. The fabric is very soft to the touch and it is very comfortable, just what I needed.

I was hoping for a funky checked coat. While the tailoring was good with reasonable symmetry and pattern matching the over brushing of the fabric made the coat look more like something my grandmother would wear. Sadly it is on its way back.

My mum loves this coat. It's a little tight at the top of the arm so she sized up for comfort. It's a lovely mix of colours so is also very versatile.

I like the coat but I don't love it! I did not see it in store so I was guided by the images on screen. In life it is much darker than it appears. It is good quality so I kept it. Truer colour match and I would have loved it!

This coat is lovely, nice feel, as well as fitting beautifully . My only criticism is the colour, says navy mix and looked like a nice blue on the picture. However when arrived, it's far greener than shown.

Very smart and comfortable to wear. Nice high neckline for when it's cold but equally smart with top buttons left open.
