Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C/gas mark 4.

Add the tin of chicken tikka masala (1 tin) to a pie dish, then top with the filo pastry (6 sheets) and wash with butter (as needed) or egg.

Top with nigella seeds (1 tsp) and bake in the oven until the pastry is golden-brown – this should take 15-20 minutes.
