step 1
The night before, mash half of the banana (1) in a large bowl and add the apple (120 g), oats (200 g), milk (300 ml), yogurt (100 g) and cocoa powder (5 tsp). Cover and leave in the fridge overnight.

The next day, spoon the mix into 4 bowls and top each with a spoonful of peanut butter (4 tsp) and a scattering of fresh raspberries (200 g). Loosen with a splash of extra milk, if you like.
