Cook the spaghetti (320 g) according to the pack instructions. Drain, reserving some of the cooking water.

Meanwhile, heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a large frying pan over a medium-low heat. Add the garlic (4 cloves) and chillies (2) and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring to prevent the garlic from burning. Add the tomatoes (400 g) along with a pinch of salt and cook for a further 3-4 minutes, until the tomatoes have softened.

Add the prawns (330 g) and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and cooked through.

Add the cooked pasta along with a splash of the pasta cooking water. Toss together to form a glossy sauce. Stir in the basil (25 g) and lemon juice (1/2) just before serving.
