Heat a splash of oil in a large non-stick frying pan over a high heat.

Add the garlic (2 cloves), chilli (2) and 1 sliced piece of ginger (1 piece) and cook for 30 seconds before adding the pork (1 pack). Stir fry for 5-6 minutes on a high heat until the pork is lightly golden.

Add the green beans (500 g), 1 tbsp soy sauce (1 tbsp) and sugar (1 tbsp) and fry for a further 5 minutes until the pork and green beans are cooked. Add a splash of water if the mix becomes very dry. Stir in the hoisin sauce (4 tbsp) and remove from the heat.

While cooking the stir-fry, heat the stock (1) with 800ml of boiling water in a large saucepan with the sesame oil (2 tbsp) and 1 tbsp soy sauce (1 tbsp).

Cook the noodles (250 g) in the stock for 3 minutes.

Divide the noodles between serving dishes, then add one ladle of the stock to each dish and top with the pork and green beans.

Serve with a squeeze of lime (1).
