Add blackberries (150 g) and maple syrup (1 tbsp) to a small pan over a medium-low heat. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring, until the berries have broken down. Set aside.

The night before, grate the pears (2) into a bowl and stir in the oats (8 tbsp) and cinnamon (1/4 tsp). Pour over the oat milk (100 ml). Cover and leave in the fridge overnight.

The next morning, serve the bircher with the remaining blackberries (50 g), a drizzle of maple syrup (1 tbsp), and the flaked almonds (1 handful).
