Heat a griddle pan over a medium heat. Brush the pan lightly with 1 tbsp vegetable oil (1 tbsp) and add the asparagus tips (320 g), cooking for 3 to 4 minutes until just charred.

Season the halved tomatoes (250 g) with salt and pepper, combine with the mozzarella (200 g) and reserve.

Tear open the M&S grains and greens mix (290 g) pouch and microwave according to pack instructions. Add this to the tomato and mozzarella, along with the olive oil (2 tbsp).

To serve, divide the grain mix between 4 bowls and place a few asparagus tips on top.

Top with basil leaves (1 pack), if you like.
