Slice your M&S Collection medjool dates (3) in half and remove the stone if necessary.

Slice the banana (1) into rounds.

Spoon a third of the yoghurt (200 g) into a glass, add a sprinkle of cinnamon (1 tsp), a third of the granola (1/4 cup), a third of the banana, 2 date halves and a squeeze of caramel sauce (3 tbsp) (roughly 1 tbsp).

Repeat with the remaining yogurt, cinnamon, granola, fruit and caramel until you reach the top of the glass.

Top with a final sprinkle of granola, a last squeeze of salted caramel sauce, two date halves and the mint leaf (1) placed on top.
