Fill 2 tumblers with ice. Pour the M&S Distilled special reserve blended Scotch whisky (100 ml), M&S squeezed Spanish clementine juice (30 ml), lemon juice (20 ml), Collection Scottish honey (1 tbsp), M&S free-range mixed size egg (1) into a large cocktail shaker with a handful of ice. Shake until the outside of the shaker feels very cold, then strain into a large glass or jug. Discard the ice, then return to the shaker and shake again to froth up the egg white

Divide the cocktail between the tumblers and garnish each with clementines (2 slices), if you like.
