Fry the Select Farms smoked back bacon rashers (8 rashers) on a high heat for 3-4 minutes, turning halfway through. If you prefer your bacon crispy, allow to cook for a minute longer.

Meanwhile, fry the M&S Remarksable Value free-range mixed sized eggs (4) to your liking and warm the M&S bake and serve plain naan breads (2) in the oven according to packet instructions, then cut them both in half.

Spread 1-2tbsp chilli jam (4 tbsp) over each naan half, or even more if you like the spice.

Add 2 rashers of bacon, 1 egg and coriander (25 g) to each naan half, fold, and serve.
