Grease and line a tin that will fit in your air fryer – a small loaf tin works well (you may need to remove the basket and split the mix to cook in batches).

Melt the M&S Remarksable Value unsalted British butter (140 g), dark chocolate (200 g) and M&S Collection Italian hazelnut crème (2 tbsp) in a large saucepan over a low-medium heat. Allow to cool slightly.

In a bowl beat together the M&S free-range mixed size eggs (2) and caster sugar (200 g) and then add to the chocolate mix and stir.

Fold in the M&S Remarksable Value plain flour (120 g), followed by the white chocolate chunks (50 g).

Cook in the air fryer at 160c for around 15 minutes (this will depend on the size of your tin), until cooked but still slightly wobbly in the middle.

Allow to cool and then cut into squares.
