Preheat the oven to 180°C fan.

Add the M&S new potatoes (750 g) to a saucepan, cover with water and cook for around 5-7 minutes, until slightly soft.

Cut the M&S Remarksable Value red peppers (2) into large chunks and the red onion (1) into wedges. Add to a large lined roasting tin along with the M&S Remarksable Value round tomatoes (5), potatoes and tikka paste (1 jar). Stir to coat and lightly crush the potatoes with the back of a fork.

Score the M&S Oakham Gold skin on chicken breast fillets (4) and season with salt, pepper and the M&S tikka masala seasoning (2 tsp). Place on top of the veggies and drizzle with olive oil.

Roast for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, pour in the coconut milk (1 tin) and cook for a further 10 minutes.

Cook the M&S garlic and coriander naans (2) according to pack instructions.

Remove the chicken from the oven and garnish with coriander (as needed). Serve with lime (1) wedges, warm garlic naans, mango chutney (as needed) and a dollop of M&S Remarksable Value natural yogurt (as needed), if you like.
