This tuna pasta bake recipe is the ultimate family classic, perfect for midweek dinner and great for lunchboxes the next day. This version is amplified by our white wine garlic and herb flavour pots, and a hint of mustard. Plenty of parsley to cut through the rich cheesy sauce.

step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C fan. Bring a large saucepan filled with hot water to a boil. Add the pasta (500 g) and cook for 9 minutes, and then drain.
step 2
Heat a large casserole dish on medium heat. Add the salted butter (50 g) and mix until melted. Add the flour (50 g) and mix well. Cook for 1-2 minutes, and then gradually add in the milk (650 ml). Mix until smooth and thick. Once thick, add the Dijon mustard (2 tsp) and the white wine, garlic and herb flavour pot (1 pot). Season with salt and pepper.
step 3
Remove from the heat and stir in ¾ of the grated cheddar (250 g) , fusilli, tuna (320 g), parsley (1 handful) and sweetcorn (326 g). Mix well to combine. Top with the remaining cheddar, and bake for 30 minutes, until the top is nicely browned.
