For the mulled wine: Transfer the mulled wine (200 ml) to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.

Carefully pour into a glass of your choice. Thread the cranberries (3) onto a cocktail stick, then place in the glass and garnish with the orange slice (1 slice), rosemary sprig (1 sprig) and cinnamon stick (1).

For the boozy hot chocolate: Heat the milk (250 ml) in a pan with the hot chocolate powder (3 tsp) and tiramisu liqueur (50 ml) for a few minutes.

Pour the hot chocolate into a mug and top with as much whipped cream (as needed) as you’d like. Dust over some extra hot chocolate powder and add a mini shortbread Christmas tree (as needed) to the top.
