step 1
To make the chia cherry 'jam’, add the cherries (250 g), chia seeds (1 tbsp) and honey (1 tsp) to a small saucepan. Heat for 10 minutes, stirring now and again, until thickened and jam-like. Add a splash of water if it is a bit thick. Any leftover compote can be stored in an air-tight container to use for breakfasts on another day.

Stir together the yogurt (200 g) and kefir (90 ml) until smooth and creamy.

When you’re ready to serve add a spoonful of the yogurt mix to two shallow bowls. Spoon over the ‘jam’ and top with the M&S Brain Food granola super seeded (1/4 cup) and a spoonful of nut butter (1 1/3 tbsp).
