step 1
Add 180ml of cold water to the pancake shaker mix (1 bottle) as per the pack instructions. Shake well to combine.
step 2
Heat 2 tsp of neutral oil in a large non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. Add 3-4 tbsp of pancake batter to the centre of the pan and cook undisturbed for 2 minutes, or until plenty of tiny bubbles appear on the surface.
step 3
Using a spatula, gently flip the pancake and cook for a further 2 minutes. Transfer to a plate and cover with a clean tea towel to keep warm. Repeat with the remaining batter.
step 4
Spread a thin layer of salted caramel sauce (as needed) on each pancake, top with a dollop of vanilla yogurt (200 g), some sliced bananas (2), a drizzle of millionaire's sauce (as needed), a grating of chocolate (as needed) and a sprinkling of digestive biscuit crumbs (2).
