Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6. Mix the oats (100 g), banana (1), maple syrup (2 tbsp), baking powder (1 tsp) and egg (1) in a bowl. Grease a 20cm baking dish with a bit of butter or oil and empty the oats mixture into the dish.

Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden on top. Allow to cool slightly, then cut into 4 pieces, ready for your toppings.

Warm the frozen blueberries (100 g) in a pan.

Serve your baked oats with a dollop of lemon and lime curd yogurt (as needed) and a spoonful of blueberries, followed by a drizzle of maple peanut butter (as needed) and sliced bananas (as needed). Scatter with some berry boost topper (as needed).
