Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7. Drain and set the juices to one side, then transfer the chicken (1 pack) to a grill rack on top of a foil-lined baking tray. Place it on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 20 minutes. Pour the reserved juices on top of the chicken, turn up the temperature to 240°C/220°C fan/gas mark 8 and cook for a further 8 minutes.

Mix the olives and feta (1 pack) through the tabbouleh salad (1 pack) and leave to one side.

Once the chicken is cooked, shred with two forks and discard the bones. Drizzle over the garlic sauce, crispy onions and seasoning sprinkle.

Serve the chicken, tabbouleh and lettuce (1) in a bowl, dollop over the labneh (1 pack) and serve with a lemon wedge (1) and season to taste with salt and pepper.
