Remove the pork (1 pack) from the pouches and discard the cooking juices and add to a microwave-safe plate. Cook at 750W for 10 minutes and then pour on the sauce for the last 30 seconds of cooking.

Meanwhile, make the slaw by adding white cabbage (1/4), baby carrots (2), edamame beans (80 g), M&S nuoc cham dipping sauce (2 tbsp) and lime juice (1). Mix together and season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.

Heat the bao buns (8) in the microwave on high for 2 minutes.

Shred the pork with two forks and fill the bao buns with the pork and slaw. Top with the spring onions (2), and some chilli sauce (to taste) if you like.
