Red Snapper cocktail with eccentric garnishes

Red snapper cocktail

Have fun with your garnishes and turn this gin twist on a bloody mary into a full feast. For inspiration, we’ve used our Serrano ham and manchego rollitos, silverskin pickled onions, various bits from the Collection antipasti and cheese grazing platter, a celery stick, lemon slice, cocktail sausages and more.

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Distilled London dry gin
  • 150ml M&S tomato juice
  • 10ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 pinches celery salt
  • 4 drops Worcester sauce
  • 7 drops Tabasco sauce
  • Good grind of black pepper
  • Garnishes: Whatever your heart desires

Method

  1. Stir all your ingredients together in a tall glass with ice, then get busy with your garnishes.
  2. Time to have fun: start with the usual celery stick and build from there. Why not try adding things like olives, cornichons, sweet silverskin onions, Collection antipasti and cheese grazing platter, our dinky dunkers… anything that will fit on a skewer basically. The only limit is your imagination.
