Absolutely Beautiful - tad dry.
I ordered for my mums 90th. Cake is stunning. Exactly like the photo. I would have awarded it 5 stars, but I felt the sponge was slightly dry. Maybe because it was 3 days from purchase to eating?

After much deliberation we decided on this as the cake for our 59 th wedding anniversary We couldn’t have made a better choice . It looked wonderful .. very pretty and wedding like .. tasted delicious and was not over rich nor too sweet . The filling and icing were delicious and altogether .. the prettiness and flavours and textures .. all made a really super and suitable cake for a special occasion . Also , with care the cake cut easily into many pieces .. probably 30 or so . You need cake forks for it as it is most . Finally , the cake comes beautifully and carefully packed and in a stabilised crate so you can get it home in one piece . We then returned the crate to the store . Well done M and S for a great success !
