3pk Heavy Absorbency High Leg Period Knickers

I think these are too tight for periods as you already feel a bit discomfort from cramps . I Recommend a size up for maximum comfort and probably wear just on your first and last day of period (light days)

These knickers are so good, they absorb a decent amount but I would recommend if you wear them out for a few hours wear a pad with them or take a spare pair just in case, especially on heavier days. I brought my size for my first few pairs, but have sized up which has given me more stretch and cover at the front. These will eventually replace me needing to wear pads, just have to get used to how much they can hold as stated in the description

I was quite pleased at first sight but then why put big white lettering inside blavk pants ???? Spoilt the look altogether ...but they are well made and wash well so happy with them fit well too
