Chose this suitcase for a tour. The zipped compartments in both halves made it simple to store and find belongings easily. Light and easy to wheel, the lock was good too.

👌 excellent product

Excellent designed case, even if zip brakes you will not loose clothes as there are inner zips. There are only 2 wheels which are indented which meant no broken wheels in transit, very cleaver. Would be lovely in different colours. Highly recommend.

Disappointed

No, I don't recommend this
I was very disappointed with the cases. Ordered two. One had a broken interior zip and I returned both as felt the quality of the cases was not up to the usual m and s standard.

We gotbtwo of these for our holiday in Crete. It's a big bag that we expected with two or more full size separators with built in shoe compartment and other compartments as well. Theres also sime jeep luggage tidy elasticated straps fir goos measure. They seem well built, with strong seams, not just where needed but totally. There's a large anti-tilt bar on the bottom front panel, so it doesn't fall when standing vertically. Theres good strong compartments on the outside of the lid for documents etc.

So good I anticipate buying another one

I bought this suitcase specifically for a visit to Ghana because two checked in pieces of luggage were permitted, and I only possess one. It was ideal for the purpose: I especially like the additional sleeves which were particularly useful for things like medication and toiletries. My existing M&S suitcase is two-wheeled so it made sense to purchase a second two wheel suitcase. in any case I find that the two wheels are easier to control than four which tend to have a mind of their own.. I left the suitcase in Ghana as a gift to my hostess, but I anticipate buying another as a replacement in due course.

Good size suitcase for a week’s holiday, I wasn’t sure about packing my stuff in both sides but there is a zip top which holds it all in place & actually is easier to find stuff when it’s divided like that. The quality of the case is good, sturdy little wheels & a good solid handle. Good value for money & I would recommend this product.

Purchased 2 banff suitcases for our holiday. Very efficient ordering and collecting experience. Just returned from the holiday and were very pleased with the capacity of the cases, the ease of travelling with them and think they look very smart.

Smart lightweight case

I was considering buying a hold-all with wheels as I needed to get everything in one case. But I spotted this case which looked a bit smarter and it did the job perfectly for a 2 night break for myself and my husband.

Could have been a great case!

No, I don't recommend this
What could have been a fantastic case was let down by the wheels not spinning freely. Looked at the other cases in store but all the large cases were the same. Smaller cases seemed ok.

We bought two of these ready for a two-week rail/coach/ferry holiday across four countries, so they've had a fair 'road-test' to comment on. They are still in good condition, with very little sign of wear and tear. The wheels are fine, as are the zips and lock. We bought these cases because they were reasonably priced, having bought far more expensive cases in the past, only to have them wrecked in airports and ports. They are a slightly off-putting dowdy grey colour, but are an ideal size for train luggage racks. They only have two wheels, but the advantage of this is that they offer considerably more luggage space than four-wheelers with the same dimensions, as the wheels are fitted as an integral part of the case rather than slung underneath. There is also a lightweight cover with each case to help keep them clean when stored. The fabric handles on one side and the top of each case look flimsy but have worked well so far, as has the retractable metal towing handle. In all, not pretty but fit for purpose so far.

Well designed and appear to be strong

As with my review for the large case, I haven't used this yet so can't comment on how it fared on a trip. Material is strong and it appears to be well sewn. I like the fact there are two inner dividers and numerous pockets for smaller items. The outer straps will be helpful to tighten the case when only lightly packed. Handle pulls out / retracts smoothly and only having two wheels may make it less vulnerable to damage. Comes with a lightweight storage bag and can be packed / stored inside the larger case if the dividers of the larger case are left unzipped.
