Denim Foil Metallic Maxi Skirt

It's comfortable, easy to wear and is 'just right' for those smart-casual occasions when you want to wear denim but you need to wear something a little bit more elevated.

This is very different I really like this skirt but like so many the sizes are out I had to return the first one as to small and went up a size.I also found a difference in colour. Not a fan of the unfinished hem but luckly i can sew and i have hemmed it .

Great fit, looks good day and night. Lovely fabric too.

I am a 12-14. I bought the 14 long and I love the length. I'm 5 11 and it is a lovely maxi. It is very versatile as it is more denim with a metallic sheen .

Fits and looks just as it does on the image. True to size and every bit as good as it appears in the promo pic - if not better. Lovely addition to the run-up to the party season wardrobe!

Great skirt, fits well, others have said it comes up small so i ordered a 12 and 14 for fit, but kept the 12 which is my normal size. Good length too

Sized up as everyone said this was a small fit. I am 5ft3 and usually a 12 so went for the size 14 petite and it is a perfect fit. I expected this to be a gold fabric but it is denim which has been sprayed gold - this adds to the quirky look and makes it more fun. It’ll look great with a jumper and trainers and also with a velvet jacket and boots for a Christmas night out.

I was disappointed with the skirt. I really wanted it to be as it looked in the photos but it was faded, a dirty grey colour showing through patchy gold spray. It didn’t look like it would wash without the gold coming off. It came up very small too & the button was very difficult to do up. In was such a shame. Having read some of the reviews, maybe I was unlucky to get a poor quality skirt.

The skirt is fabulous. Will go with everything. Almost cried when my regular size 12 petite didn't fit. Thought I'd put on weight, but I tried on my other size 12 M&S skirts and they still fitted! Returned this one and re-ordered in size 14 and it fits comfortably, with room to spare...My ego might have been a bit bruised, but I love the skirt so much that I don't care.. The frayed hem is a bonus in my opinion as I think it makes it look contemporary. Don't think I'd have ordered it otherwise.

Love the skirt but will be returning for a larger size as it comes up small on the waist.

I really wanted to love this skirt. The gold and silver options both looked stunning in the online photos. I thought it would be a great investment to order the gold option as I could see myself wearing the skirt both casually in the day time or dressed up to go out at night with appropriate footwear. However when I got my skirt home, I was so disappointed. The denim material felt stiff and hard, the gold metallic colour looked patchy and tacky and there were several annoying threads hanging off of it at the bottom. I thought I may as well try the skirt on but it was a struggle. I had ordered my usual size. The front zip did up eventually but it was abit snug. The front button was near impossible to put through the button hole, so I gave up in the end. Have given the skirt two ** as the design idea was a good one, I liked the front split and the maxi length of the skirt, but in reality it failed on the type of material used. It may have been a better idea to use a pleather metallic material rather then denim. The skirt sadly is being returned.
