About this style
Providing invisible support for long-lasting comfort, these no VPL knickers are designed with a semi-seamless construction to appear undetectable under clothing. Enhancing your natural curves, these firm control briefs pull in your waistline and slim your hips to create a feminine hourglass figure. The complementary panel helps to flatten the tummy, while the high leg cut works to elongate legs and create curves.
We’ve updated the colour names of our lingerie online. Please don’t worry if the packaging name looks a little different, it’s still the same colour, our packaging just takes a little longer to update.

These are just what I wanted smooth lines and firm control. I have them in other colours so definitely a favourite of mine.

No VPL? I still have one. Firm control? Not as firm as others I have.

No control whatsoever! My tummy looked exactly the same with the extra disadvantage of an added muffin top!

I have purchased these previously and been very happy with the style and fit but the style and fit has been changed in that they are not comfortable and roll down at the waist. Very disappointed with the new fit.

Roll Down

Oants roll down very uncomfortable. There is no VPL but do not stay put? Bought to wear with dress, Spent more time in toilet pulling up roll down! Expensive purchase which do not support.

Not as comfortable as expected.

These pants hold your tummy in a little but are not as comfortable as the 'Firm control Magicwear low legs' I bought at the same time. I think it is the legs being high and the sides are a bit baggy on the stripy area. I would not say they were long lasting comfort at all. I kept them but would not buy them again.

'Comfortable' control rather than 'firm' but that was fine for me. Remember these are knickers and won't control anything above the waist!

For many years I have purchased this style of knickers in white, almond and black from M & S. The garment is a good, reliable item. However, some years ago M & S also offered its customers firm control knickers of high quality in a very fine, smooth lace. When worn, they felt like a second skin, and the choice of colours made them look particularly pretty. May I suggest a NEW Design for elegant, functional shape wear in the not too distant future.

Sadly everything starts sagging after a certain age for most of us, hopefully these will help no end, hopefully!!!

I like these knickers but would have preferred a little higher on the tummy - up to the navel. They seem to be invisible under my clothes which is what I want.

I was disappointed with the sizing of this product. I bought usual size but unfortunately I couldn’t pull them up to my thighs they were extremely small.

I tend to wear these knickers when at the gym as they are very comfortable, hold your tummy in whilst doing excercises and don’t ‘stick in awkward places’. Very much enhances my gym performance :o)

Not quite right

Such great promise for these control pants but on me they weren’t quite right. The control element seemed to just push it all upwards and over and gave a muffin top. Not the intention I’m sure plus for 1 pair of pants these are really expensive. I have other no vpl m and s pants which do an ok job as slimming so guess I’ll be using those this year!

Never bought this before but was very pleased, comfortable and felt good. I bought normal size I usually buy and fitted perfectly. Some reviews differed. In fact going to get another. Well done

Sorry these are not manufactured to the high standard that is expected of M&S. Looked very attractive when new - now look shabby -wrinkled, lumpy and curled.

Pretty and good control

I like the style and the control that this shapewear offers, however, I find that the more delicate parts of it develop holes very quickly. I would prefer fewer pretty details and more longevity.
